What is PepClub.Shop?

PepClub.Shop supplies research-grade peptide compounds to verified laboratories, institutions, and qualified researchers.

Are your products FDA approved?

No. Our products are not drugs, supplements, or cosmetics and are not evaluated or approved by the FDA. They are sold strictly for laboratory research use.

Who can order from PepClub.Shop?

Verified researchers, laboratories, and institutions purchasing for legitimate research purposes. All buyers must confirm they are 21 or older and agree to our Terms of Service.

How does verification work?

When you register, you’ll check a box confirming you’re purchasing on behalf of a lab, research institution, or business for research purposes. New customers also need to email an EIN, business/lab license, or institutional certificate to verify@pepclub.shop. Orders ship once both payment and verification documentation are confirmed; returning customers who’ve already completed verification don’t need to resubmit.

How is my order shipped?

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage for a flat $10 rate anywhere in the US, Monday through Friday.

Do you offer testing documentation / COAs?

Not published on the site currently. If you need documentation for a specific product, reach out to hello@pepclub.shop and we’ll let you know what’s available.

What payment methods do you accept?

Venmo and Zelle. Full payment instructions — including where to send payment and required verification documents — are shown after checkout and emailed to you.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except for items that arrive damaged — contact hello@pepclub.shop within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
