3. Account & Verification

Certain purchases require institutional or research-use verification prior to order fulfillment. PepClub.Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet its buyer qualification requirements.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. PepClub.Shop reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or failure to meet verification requirements.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped via the carrier and method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except for items that arrive damaged — contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
